تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق بلدي مع المعلومات عند استخدامك لسوق المنتجات المحلية. بلدي يساعد البائعين على نشر منتجاتهم وصورهم وموقعهم التقريبي، ويساعد المشترين على البحث والتواصل مع البائعين مباشرة.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها

بناءً على الكود الحالي، يستخدم بلدي Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore وFirebase Storage وGoogle Maps/Geolocator وurl_launcher وimage_picker. لا يحتوي الكود الحالي على Firebase Analytics أو Crashlytics أو إعلانات أو إشعارات دفع.

• معلومات الحساب والتوثيق مثل رقم الهاتف ومعرّف المستخدم في Firebase.
• بيانات ملف البائع مثل الاسم أو الاسم المستعار، المدينة، صورة الملف الشخصي الاختيارية، وحالة التوثيق.
• الإعلانات والمنتجات التي ينشرها البائعون، بما في ذلك أسماء المنتجات، الأسعار، الوصف، الصور، الموقع، حالة التوصيل، ومدة ظهور الإعلان.
• التقييمات والمراجعات التي يكتبها المشترون للبائعين.
• البلاغات التي يرسلها المستخدمون عن الإعلانات أو البائعين، بما في ذلك سبب البلاغ والتفاصيل الاختيارية.
• قائمة البائعين الذين يختار المستخدم إخفاءهم من تجربته الشخصية داخل التطبيق.
• موقع الجهاز عند استخدام وظائف الموقع والخريطة، إذا منح المستخدم الصلاحية.

3. معلومات يقدّمها المستخدم

عند نشر إعلان أو إعداد ملف بائع، يختار المستخدم ما يكتبه أو يرفعه. بعض هذه المعلومات تكون مرئية للمستخدمين الآخرين لأنها جزء من السوق العام، مثل الإعلان، صور المنتجات، اسم البائع، رقم التواصل المنشور، حالة التوصيل، والموقع المستخدم لعرض المسافة أو الخريطة.

4. رقم الهاتف والتوثيق

يستخدم بلدي Firebase Authentication لتوثيق رقم الهاتف عبر رسالة SMS. يستخدم التطبيق الرقم للتحقق من هوية البائع وربط الإعلانات بحساب موثّق. لا تطلب BaladiMarket من المستخدم مشاركة رموز OTP خارج شاشة التحقق داخل التطبيق.

5. ملف البائع

قد يحتوي ملف البائع على الاسم أو الاسم المستعار، المدينة أو المحافظة، رقم الهاتف، صورة شخصية اختيارية، وحالة التوثيق. تظهر بعض هذه البيانات للمشترين حتى يتمكنوا من تقييم البائع والتواصل معه.

6. الإعلانات والصور

يمكن للبائعين رفع صور للمنتجات أو صورة للملف الشخصي. تُخزن الصور في Firebase Storage وتُستخدم روابطها لعرضها داخل التطبيق. المحتوى الذي ينشره البائع قد يكون مرئياً للمستخدمين الآخرين.

7. معلومات الموقع

يستخدم التطبيق الموقع لعرض المنتجات القريبة، حساب المسافة، عرض العلامات على الخريطة، وفتح الاتجاهات. قد يختار البائع استخدام موقعه الحالي أو تحديد موقع يدوي على الخريطة. إذا رفض المستخدم صلاحية الموقع، قد يستخدم التطبيق موقعاً افتراضياً مثل عمّان لعرض الخريطة فقط.

8. التقييمات والمراجعات

يمكن للمشترين الموثّقين تقييم البائع من 1 إلى 5 نجوم وكتابة تعليق اختياري. يرتبط التقييم بالبائع، وليس بمنتج معيّن. قد تظهر التقييمات الحديثة ومتوسط تقييم البائع للمستخدمين الآخرين.

8.1 البلاغات وإخفاء البائعين

يمكن للمستخدمين الموثقين إرسال بلاغ عن إعلان أو بائع عند وجود محتوى غير مناسب، منتج محظور، احتيال، معلومات غير صحيحة، أو سبب آخر. تُستخدم البلاغات للمراجعة وسلامة المجتمع ولا تظهر كجزء من محتوى السوق العام. يمكن للمستخدم أيضاً إخفاء بائع من تجربته الشخصية؛ هذا لا يحذف البائع أو يعطله للمستخدمين الآخرين.

9. المعلومات التقنية

لا يعلن الكود الحالي عن استخدام إعلانات أو تحليلات أو إشعارات دفع. قد تجمع خدمات Firebase وGoogle معلومات تقنية ضرورية لتشغيل المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات، التخزين، الخرائط، الأمان، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، مثل معلومات الجهاز أو الطلبات أو السجلات الفنية وفق سياسات Google.

10. كيفية استخدام المعلومات

• إنشاء الحساب وتوثيق رقم الهاتف.
• نشر الإعلانات وعرضها والبحث عنها.
• حساب المسافة وفتح الاتجاهات.
• تمكين التواصل المباشر عبر الهاتف أو واتساب باستخدام بيانات البائع المنشورة.
• عرض تقييمات البائعين وتحسين الثقة داخل السوق.
• استلام البلاغات ومراجعة إساءة الاستخدام أو المحتوى المخالف.
• تطبيق تفضيل إخفاء بائع معيّن على تجربة المستخدم الذي اختار الإخفاء فقط.
• حماية الخدمة، منع إساءة الاستخدام، ومعالجة طلبات الدعم أو الحذف.

11. مقدمو الخدمات

يعتمد بلدي على خدمات Google/Firebase مثل Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore وFirebase Storage، ويستخدم Google Maps SDK وخدمات الموقع على الجهاز. قد تعالج Google هذه البيانات لتقديم الخدمات، الأمان، التشخيص، والامتثال وفق شروطها وسياساتها.

12. مشاركة البيانات

لا تبيع BaladiMarket البيانات الشخصية. قد تكون بيانات السوق التي ينشرها المستخدم طوعاً مرئية للآخرين. كما قد تُعالج البيانات بواسطة مقدمي الخدمة مثل Google/Firebase لتشغيل التطبيق. وقد يتم الإفصاح عن معلومات محدودة إذا كان ذلك ضرورياً للامتثال القانوني، الأمان، منع الاحتيال، أو حل النزاعات.

13. التخزين والأمان

تُخزن البيانات في Firebase. يستخدم Firebase/Google تشفيراً أثناء النقل، وتُدار صلاحيات القراءة والكتابة بقواعد Firestore وStorage. لا توجد طريقة رقمية آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نسعى للحد من الوصول غير المصرح به.

14. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحتفظ بيانات الحساب والإعلانات والتقييمات والبلاغات ما دامت ضرورية لتشغيل التطبيق أو مراجعة السلامة أو إلى أن يحذف المستخدم حسابه أو يطلب حذف بياناته. قد تُحتفظ معلومات محدودة عند الحاجة لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو لحل نزاع.

15. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يوفر التطبيق مساراً داخل الحساب لحذف الحساب. يمكن أيضاً مراجعة صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات. لا ترسل رموز OTP أو كلمات مرور لأي جهة دعم.

16. اختيارات وحقوق المستخدم

يمكنك تعديل بيانات ملف البائع أو إخفاء الإعلانات أو حذفها من داخل التطبيق. يمكنك أيضاً إخفاء بائع من تجربتك الشخصية. يمكنك رفض صلاحية الموقع، لكن بعض وظائف الخريطة والمسافة قد تكون محدودة. يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به.

17. خصوصية الأطفال

بلدي ليس موجهاً للأطفال. إذا تبيّن لنا أن بيانات طفل جُمعت بطريقة غير مناسبة، سنعمل على حذفها أو الحد من استخدامها حسب الإمكان.

18. التغييرات على السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية. سيتم تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" عند نشر نسخة جديدة.

1. Introduction

This policy explains how Baladi handles information when you use the local products marketplace. Baladi helps sellers publish products, photos, and location information, and helps buyers search and contact sellers directly.

2. Information We Collect

Based on the current source code, Baladi uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Google Maps/Geolocator, url_launcher, and image_picker. The current code does not declare Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or push notification SDKs.

• Account and authentication information such as phone number and Firebase user ID.
• Seller profile information such as name or nickname, city, optional profile photo, and verification status.
• Listings and products published by sellers, including product names, prices, descriptions, photos, location, delivery status, and listing duration.
• Ratings and reviews written by buyers about sellers.
• Reports submitted by users about listings or sellers, including the selected reason and optional details.
• Hidden-seller preferences chosen by a user for their own app experience.
• Device location when location and map features are used and permission is granted.

3. Information Users Provide

When creating a listing or seller profile, users choose the content they enter or upload. Some of this information is public marketplace content, including listings, product photos, seller name, published contact phone, delivery availability, and location used for distance or map display.

4. Phone Number and Authentication

Baladi uses Firebase Authentication to verify phone numbers by SMS. The app uses the phone number to verify sellers and associate listings with verified accounts. BaladiMarket does not ask users to share OTP codes outside the verification screen in the app.

5. Profiles and Seller Information

A seller profile may contain a display name or nickname, city or governorate, phone number, optional profile photo, and verification status. Some of this information is shown to buyers so they can evaluate and contact the seller.

6. Listings and Uploaded Photos

Sellers may upload product photos and an optional profile photo. Images are stored in Firebase Storage and displayed in the app using their storage URLs. Seller-published content may be visible to other users.

7. Location Information

The app uses location to show nearby products, calculate distance, place markers on the map, and open directions. A seller may use current location or choose a manual map pin. If location permission is denied, the app may use a default location such as Amman only to show the map.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Verified buyers can rate sellers from 1 to 5 stars and add an optional comment. Ratings belong to the seller, not to a specific product. Recent reviews and the seller average rating may be shown to other users.

8.1 Reports and Hidden Sellers

Signed-in users can report a listing or seller for inappropriate content, prohibited products, fraud, incorrect information, or another reason. Reports are used for review and community safety and are not displayed as public marketplace content. A user may also hide a seller from their own app experience; this does not delete or disable the seller for other users.

9. Technical Information

The current code does not declare ads, analytics, or push notifications. Firebase and Google services may process technical data needed to provide authentication, database, storage, maps, security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics, such as device or request information, according to Google’s policies.

10. How Information Is Used

• Create accounts and verify phone numbers.
• Publish, display, and search marketplace listings.
• Calculate distance and open directions.
• Enable direct contact by phone or WhatsApp using seller-published contact details.
• Show seller ratings and improve trust in the marketplace.
• Receive reports and review abuse or policy violations.
• Apply hidden-seller preferences only to the user who chose to hide that seller.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support or deletion requests.

11. Service Providers

Baladi relies on Google/Firebase services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Google Maps SDK, and device location services. Google may process data to provide hosting, security, diagnostics, and compliance for these services.

12. Data Sharing and Disclosure

BaladiMarket does not sell personal data. Marketplace content voluntarily published by users may be visible to others. Data may also be processed by service providers such as Google/Firebase to operate the app. Limited information may be disclosed when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

13. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Firebase. Firebase/Google use encryption in transit, and Firestore/Storage rules control access. No digital service is completely secure, but we work to reduce unauthorized access.

14. Data Retention

Account, listing, rating, and report data are retained while needed to operate the app, review safety issues, or until the user deletes the account or requests deletion. Limited information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.

15. Account and Data Deletion

The app includes an account deletion path. You can also review the Account and Data Deletion page. Do not send OTP codes or passwords to support.

16. User Choices and Rights

You may update your seller profile, hide or delete listings, hide a seller from your own experience, deny location permission, and request account/data deletion. Denying location permission may limit map and distance features.

17. Children’s Privacy

Baladi is not directed to children. If we learn that a child’s data was collected inappropriately, we will work to delete or limit that data where possible.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when a new version is published.
