المحتوى والمنتجات المحظورة

يُحظر نشر محتوى غير مناسب، أو صور مسيئة، أو منتجات محظورة قانونياً، أو أي إعلان لا يتعلق بمنتجات محلية مناسبة للسوق.

• لا تنشر منتجات خطرة أو محظورة أو غير قانونية.
• لا تستخدم صوراً مضللة أو مسروقة أو غير مناسبة.
• لا تنشر معلومات اتصال أو أسعار أو مواقع غير صحيحة عمداً.

الاحتيال والمعلومات المضللة

يجب أن يصف الإعلان المنتج الحقيقي المتوفر لدى البائع. يُحظر الادعاء الكاذب، انتحال الهوية، أو محاولة تضليل المشترين.

سلوك البائعين والمستخدمين

يجب أن يكون التواصل محترماً ومباشراً. لا يُسمح بالإساءة، التهديد، المضايقة، أو إساءة استخدام المنصة.

الإعلانات المكررة والرسائل المزعجة

تجنب نشر نفس الإعلان مراراً أو استخدام كلمات بحث مضللة لا علاقة لها بالمنتج. الإعلانات الواضحة تساعد المشترين على الوصول للمنتجات بسرعة.

الإبلاغ والإخفاء

يمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو بائع من داخل التطبيق. ويمكنهم أيضاً إخفاء بائع من تجربتهم الشخصية دون حذف أو تعطيل حسابه عالمياً.

Prohibited content and products

Baladi prohibits inappropriate content, offensive images, legally prohibited products, and listings that do not belong in a local-products marketplace.

• Do not publish dangerous, prohibited, or illegal products.
• Do not use misleading, stolen, or inappropriate images.
• Do not intentionally publish incorrect contact details, prices, or locations.

Fraud and misleading information

Listings should describe real products available from the seller. False claims, impersonation, and attempts to mislead buyers are not allowed.

Seller and user behavior

Communication should be respectful and direct. Abuse, threats, harassment, and platform misuse are not allowed.

Duplicate listings and spam

Avoid repeatedly publishing the same listing or using unrelated search terms. Clear listings help buyers find products quickly.

Reporting and hiding

Users can report a listing or seller from inside the app. They can also hide a seller from their own experience without globally deleting or disabling that seller.
